All sales are final. Once a reservation for the Polynesian Show is booked, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be permitted. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including personal schedule conflicts or travel issues.

We recommend verifying your availability and plans before booking, as tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
