Our World Famous MAI-KAI Show requires a booking for each guest attending. Reservations can be made up to 45 days in advance. Reservations cannot be canceled. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
A minimum of 1 entree/person is required. An entrée is included in the show charge for children under the age of 10.
Showt imes seatings per day are as follows;
Monday thru Friday: 5pm seating for show at 6.30 pm and 8pm seating for show at 9.30 pm
Saturday: 4pm seating for show at 5.30 pm, 7pm seating for show at 8.30 pm and 10pm seating for show at 11.30pm.
Sunday: 1 pm seating for show at 2.30pm, 4pm seating for show at 5.30pm, 7pm seating for show at 8.30 pm
The show is approximately 45 minutes in length.
There are 3 tiers of seating. Each tier provides a unique experience, with varying levels of proximity and ambiance, allowing guests to choose the level of engagement they prefer for their evening.
You can easily check availability and make a reservation by selecting the “Book The Show” button on our website’s photo banner, which will guide you to our booking engine.

Bookings for the show are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before completing your reservation.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS WITH BOOKING THE SHOW BESIDES THE SHOW CHARGE?

The cost depends on your seat selection ($23, $28, or $33 per person) and your menu choices for food and beverages. Gift cards are available for purchase inside our MAI-KAI Trading Post (retail shop) or online at www.maikai.com

Yes you can come for dinner only. No reservations are needed. Our Tahiti outside Lanai dining room in our tropical garden is open for your intimate dining pleasure.
We will hold your table for 30 minutes after your reservation time.
Yes, MAI-KAI is very family friendly and children are welcome in the bars and restaurant. There is a kids menu available for children 10 and under. For children 10 and under the meal is included in the Show charge. Children 2 and under attending the show are free. If coming for the show please make sure to include children of any age in the number of your party. Highchairs are available per request.
While most of the restaurant is wheelchair friendly some seating areas for the show are not.
Please mention when you make the reservation and we’ll make sure your table is in the correct seating area.
Our parking lot is valet only, with limited availability. We highly encourage guests to use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft for convenience.
We are open 365 days and will only close for a private event
Yes! Happy Hour is available daily until 7 PM in the Molokai and Bora Bora Bars. Enjoy 50% off select drinks (no food). No reservations are required. First come first served.
Only service dogs are allowed
Yes. Our MAI-KAI Trading post (gift shop) opens 4.30 PM during the week, 3.30 PM on Saturdays (starting Oct 18: 1.30pm) and 1 PM on weekends. Our on-line gift shop is being worked on and will reopen soon. If just picking up something in the gift-shop tell the valet.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Gift Cards are available for purchase inside our MAI-KAI Trading Post (retail shop) as well as online and can be used towards drinks, food and merchandise. Gift Cards cannot be used towards Show Reservations.
Yes the cost is $25
Yes we offer a few vegetarian options. Please ask your server.
Yes: please make sure you add in your notes that you have a birthdays or anniversary if you’re here for dinner and the show.
Yes there is a $25 charge per cake for cutting and serving.
No tank tops or beach wear is allowed.
